I formed the Catering Company over 15 years ago, after gaining many years of experience from managing hotels with Trust Houses Forte to owning my own restaurant in Suffolk. Being passionate about food I use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible - clotted cream and dairy produce, free range eggs, beef from local Aberdeen Angus, Cornish lamb, pasties from the famous ‘Ann’ and cheeses including Yarg, Blue, Brie and St Endellion.
We cater for all sizes of events from weddings, parties, funerals, graduations and more, providing delicious food and professional staff for anything from a dinner party for 6, a freezer order for your holiday cottage to a large marquee wedding. Based near Falmouth we cover Cornwall from Padstow to Fowey in the East, to Land’s End.
